Bahamas Shoot 2019 making a buzz in Foley Alabama
A team-up with The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism (Grand Bahama) and members of Bahamas Field Archery Association BFAA (organizers of The Bahamas 2019) found the teams in Foley Alabama for the first Archery Shooters Association (ASA) Pro/Am of the 2019 3D Archery session.

The objective of the trip for the team of Bahamians was to get the word out that archery is better in The Bahamas. It certainly did with a weekend of giveaways, networking and presentations about what Freeport, Grand Bahama has to offer as well as what to expect in the fall of 2019 at The Bahamas Shoot. Predominately a 3D Shoot, The Bahamas Shoot taking place on October 31st - November 02nd 2019 will feature all known distance shooting classes for all archers of various ages, skill sets and disciplines for male and female shooters using ASA Rules. The evening of Friday February 22nd 2019 found Antonio Abraham and Ben Joseph of BFAA and Anya Hanna of The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism Grand, Bahama at the first ASA Director's meeting of the year presenting The Bahamas Shoot with ASA association and club directors all over America in one room.

The giveaways brought to Foley all the way from The Bahamas included "Islands of The Bahamas" swag and two beautiful wooden art pieces hand crafted in Nassau, Bahamas. One was reserved as a raffle prize and the other a prize for the first place winner of the woman's pro shoot at the Pro Pressure Point Shoot Down held at the Foley Sporting Complex. Raffle winner was Jake Wright and Pro Shoot Winner Kailey Johnston took home the wooden carving of The Bahamian Barn Owl.
The team even got a quick booth visit from 2x Vegas Pro Winner Jesse Broadwater and a group photo at the pro shoot with Levi Morgan.
